These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

2. Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order (by clicking the Submit Order button on the Submit Order page).

After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send these details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a second e-mail, which will contain details of when we will deliver your products to you.

Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second email will tell you so.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit one of our stores. Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They exclude any VAT payable, but will show included any VAT within the Total Amount Payable. Delivery charges are included within the Total Price.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus any VAT payable. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron and Visa Purchasing. Payment is deducted when we process your order. Payment is processed by WorldPay.

4. Age Requirements

If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

5. Delivery

Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered, which must be in the United Kingdom. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are included within the price of the products.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays please allow an extra two working days.

Please allow up to 28 working days from placing your order for delivery.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

6. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, or that they have arrived damaged in some way, please contact our sales team quoting all references given within the first email. sales@yourcrimes.com

7. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after ordering by:

* Returning the product to in the envelope provided
* e-mailing us at sales@yourcrimes.com
* Phoning us on 01903 215330- please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand;
* Writing to Your Crimes Limited, P.O. Box 4510, WORTHING, BN14 0WG

Your product must be complete and unused. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

you return your product without proof of purchase;
Any kits or items provided have been used and not complete;
the goods were a special order to your specification.

If you decide that you no longer require items on our database protected by the Unique Searchable Sticker System, there will be no refund on the time remaining on the database. The details will be deleted.

Should you require to sell the item that is protected by the Unique Searchable Sticker System, please contact us as we will require the new owners details to continue the protection of the item. Transferring ownership details is free of charge. Protection of that particular item will continue until the cover runs out. The renewal notice will be sent to the new owner.

8. This Website

You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

9. General

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Your Crimes Limited website. Any other website's to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of website's which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Any damage,reduction of value or loss/theft of property is not the responsibility of Your Crimes Limited. The stickers provided are permanent and can not be removed. These stickers should NOT be applied to items that will not reduce in value if applied i.e. Antiques.

Personal details relating to items protected by the Unique Searchable Sticker System can be passed onto other owners. Written confirmation by post or email will be required detailing the Numbers you require changed. You will need to quote your references and passwords to prove identity.

The Crime Database

Your Crimes Limited will not be held responsible for the data entered into the Crime Database. This is solely for the use by the public to enter the information. We can not guarantee that the information given is correct.

A restriction of two crimes a day can be added per user . This is to prevent misuse of the database.

Any decrease in value to property caused by this database is not the responsibility of Your Crimes Limited.
