Once the details are in the database the item is protected. Anyone in the country can search the unique item number on the sticker to see if that item in their possession has been stolen. This makes property with the stickers attached virtually worthless to the potential thief. If anyone tries to remove this label it just crumbles into tiny pieces indicating that the item has also been stolen. We also provide UV marker pens with the stickers allowing you to write the unique number onto the item should the number be destroyed on the sticker.
